Anybody Here Good With Flickr

So I've been using Flickr for a while now, but the recent site update has left me in the dust. I'm absolutly terrible at "navigating the interwebs" and can't for the life of me figure out how to post my pictures on sites like this with the new version of Flickr. I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone could give me. Thanks in advance,
