White officer kills black man in Savannah, GA. Social media reports he was handcuffed

There are unconfirmed reports that the man was shot after being placed in handcuffs! If true, this could get very ugly :o



There isn't a whole lot of information I saw, but it's picking up steam on social media pretty quick. I hope an officer wouldn't have shot a man in handcuffs. GEEZ
