Out of the 2nd CBM's which didnt match the original, which one was the best?

I'm talking about the many sequels that didnt match the original movie, either because the original was hard to match or because they simply werent good. And I am talking about the ones which were universally not liked as much as the original, not the likes of Superman II, Blade II or Batman Returns which for many people matched their originals, we actually had a couple this year, so vote away please folks.
