Which is why we are having one on Spider-Man. There is no reason why we can't and shouldn't. I mainly say that because the last revert the Spidey rights title, people got butthurt and angry it got locked.
If Marvel Studios were to get Spider-Man's rights back, what were you like to see them do? Personally I want Ultimate Goblin.
