Dani Bernfeld, VP of Digital Entertainment for Paramount Pictures, told police that Hirsch dragged her across a table and put her in a chokehold after they had a verbal argument at a nightclub. Hirsch, 29, was reportedly arrested on the morning of the incident. More recently, Hirsch has appeared in the film Lone Survivor and played Clyde Barrow in a Bonnie and Clyde TV movie.
