For all of us who post on these boards, we are no strangers to geeking out while watching comic book films or films with huge fandoms. When we see particular moments, easter eggs, homages, etc, our inner fanboy (or fangirl) emerges. We get goosebumps, tear up, grin like the damn Cheshire cat, and become filled with excitement. We've been catching these feelings in theaters for over a decade now.
As you all know, X-Men: Days of Future Past was released this weekend. Amazing film. As I was watching it, these two b****es got too damn excited. They were geeking out all throughout the film. If you catch a reference, keep that s*** to yourself. Stop laughing so damn loud. Do not talk throughout the damn thing.
Fellow Hype members, if you are reading this and you can honestly identify yourself as someone who does this, cut that s*** out. You are a nuisance. You are inconsiderate. As a matter of fact, until you straighten up, stop going to the movie theater. Just stop going unless you're the only one in there or just wait four or five months to buy the Blu-ray so you can geek out in the comfort of your own home. Stop acting like a gnat at a barbeque. Just bugging the f*** out of me.
