MCU film and TV divide

So I've heard rumblings for a while that the TV and film side at Marvel are largely separate from one another, and every now and then at odds. I've heard people make remarks that Kevin Fiege does not care for Agents of Shield, and I do recall him saying in press interview for AoU that he had no seen Daredevil yet. I've also heard that they were upset at Whedon for bringing Coulson back, and understandably don't want to touch that idea on the film side of things.
Could someone provide me with some links to clarify this matter, because all of this is just internet hearsay and I'd like to know if there is anything to believe about these rumors.
