Should Supergirl have an overarching mystery like the Flash?

Should Supergirl have an overarching mystery like the Flash's first season? The whole mystery of Harrison Wells and who he really is has generated so much discussion and numerous theories that are fun to speculate on. This is something Arrow never had in its freshman year, and something that the Flash excelled at above its parent show.



Should Supergirl have a mystery villain or someone who appears to be on Kara's side? Or if not (if that seems too derivative of the Flash), then what kind of mystery could it have that could get viewers tuning in week after week to find out another piece of the puzzle?
