Sure we've seen the origin story twice and we don't need to see it again- at least not in the movies.
But what if this origin story was spread out over an entire 13 episode TV series? If the writers chose to go down the route of Parker's parents working for SHIELD (kind of hinted at in TASM and TASM2) I think it could be really interesting.
On the contrary we could have a series whereby Peter is already the masked vigilante only he faces his foes for an entire series-Daredevil style. For instance the long and gradual decline of Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn or Eddie Brock could all work really well in helping to flesh out these characters and story.
