I haven't seen the film yet, but I've been eating up as many spoilers as I can find, so I now know that [BLACKOUT]SHIELD is essentially disbanded (destroyed?) by the end of The Winter Soldier. Plus, the entire world now knows about SHIELD and what they've been doing (?). Nick Fury leaves to do his own spying thing in Europe, Black Widow leaves for parts unknown, Maria Hill goes to work for Stark Industries (?), Cap and Sam go to look for Bucky, etc.[/BLACKOUT]
(btw, is there any indication as to what becomes of [BLACKOUT]all of the other agents[/BLACKOUT]? Are they just left to their own devices?)
[BLACKOUT]SHIELD may essentially be no more, but I don't think anyone really thinks that they're gone for good.[/BLACKOUT]

[BLACKOUT]When and how do you think SHIELD will return? And in what capacity?[/BLACKOUT]
[BLACKOUT]Does Fury already have a contingency plan in place to recreate/reorganize SHIELD the way he sees fit (and without any influence from the World Security Council or anyone else)?[/BLACKOUT]
[BLACKOUT]Will SHIELD have to operate on a much smaller scale as to avoid detection now that everyone apparently knows about them?[/BLACKOUT]
