Doesn't look like we'll be getting a console/PC game about the movie, but we'll be getting an App titled "Captain America: The Winter Soldier - The Official Game".

It is being made by Gameloft, who also made an Iron Man and a Thor game. I have downloaded the Thor game and it's not that bad (for an App).
This particular game will be available in 'late March'.
The Thor game runs smoothly on my iPod Touch (4th Gen), which is good since my iPod sucks.
