Captain America vs Batman

Not that Marvel and DC will ever join forces, but if they did, one battle I'd love to see would be Captain America against Batman. I feel like they'd be extremely evenly matched, no traditional superpowers, both brilliant hand-to-hand combatants, throwing weapons and armour/shield/general defensive gear, they're both fit and in good shape, plus it'd be interesting to see Cap's very heroic morals come up against Batman's more antihero style view of vigilance.
