Real reason people freak out

I'll give you the real reason why some people are freaking out over your opinion. You see before the release of the first movie we had some good and interesting things going on like a new story, modernizing the movie in a well executed way, a new director who seem to know what he's doing, sine writers who worked on Harry potter, zodiac and the first 2 spiderman film, great actors, and so on. But despite all that the fanboys of the raimi films and comics and people who grew up with the raimi films attack the movie and its crew like if they were satan's children. They kept saying the most unbelievably stupid, harsh, and hypocritic things about the movie before its release not even Michael bay's tmnt nor anything by shamaylan had this much hate. The war lasted for so long as we had no choice but to ridicule sam raimi. The war was even worse that it left some mental scarring from all fans and general audiences. Sony didn't help either by messing around with the films. But hopefully most if us have learned our lesson to keep an eye on what the franchise is doing. So I hope you understand
