Marvel Shake-Up: Film Chief Kevin Feige Breaks Free of CEO Ike Perlmutter

Marvel Shake-Up: Film Chief Kevin Feige Breaks Free of CEO Ike Perlmutter

by Kim Masters , Matthew Belloni

After Feige's "years of frustration," the studio's movie group will now report to Disney's Alan Horn.

After what one source describes as "several years of frustration," Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has pulled off a reorganization of the vaunted film company that has him reporting to Disney studio chief Alan Horn as opposed to the infamously micromanaging Marvel Entertainment CEO Isaac "Ike" Perlmutter.

Feige, the architect of Marvel's transition from a flailing comic book company into a film powerhouse that was sold to Disney for $4 billion in 2009, is said to have vented his unhappiness to Horn and Disney CEO Bob Iger earlier this summer. The reorganization was put into effect last week, according to sources.

"Marvel Studios is taking the next logical step in its integration with The Walt Disney Studios, joining Pixar and Lucasfilm in centralizing many of its film-related functions in Burbank, with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and co-president Louis D’Esposito continuing to lead the Marvel Studios team reporting to Walt Disney Studios Chairman Alan Horn," a Disney spokesperson tells THR in a statement.

The revamp is a blow to New York-based Perlmutter, a low-profile billionaire who has contributed to Marvel's reputation in Hollywood for frugality and secrecy (as THR reported in a 2014 feature, he attended the premiere of Iron Man in a disguise to go undetected and once complained that journalists at a press junket were allowed two sodas instead of one). Jeph Loeb, head of Marvel Television, continues to report to Perlmutter, who will maintain oversight of Marvel's TV group, publishing, animation and other New York-based operations.

Perlmutter, 72, is said to have accepted Feige's insistence on the film group breaking free. But the move illustrates the power that Feige has amassed within the Disney empire, having overseen a slate of films since 2009 that has grossed more than $7 billion while rival Warner Bros. has struggled to turn its DC superheroes into a comparable cinematic universe. Disney has plotted out Marvel films until at least 2019.

The shift also evidences the tricky executive politics that Iger must manage as a result of assembling several freestanding feifdoms under the Disney banner over the past decade. Pixar Animation Studios, Lucasfilm and Marvel have been key acquisitions that brought with them valuable intellectual property assets and creative expertise. But each silo is overseen by powerful executives such as animation gurus John Lasseter and Ed Catmull, producer Kathleen Kennedy and Perlmutter and Feige, respectively, all of whom have tremendous influence within their corner of the Disney empire.

Feige, 42, has been considered the key man at Marvel, producing everything from the original Iron Man through this summer's Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man. One insider says Feige has earned the opportunity to break free from Perlmutter, who is not only controlling, but also obsessed with thrift.

"Everybody knows Ike is difficult," says one source close to the company. "This has been a long time coming. Kevin has grown his entire career under Ike and now it just makes sense."

Movie Monster Fighting Game

Here's something I threw together that I hope you enjoy. I've seen others toy around with this concept online but I wanted to take it to the ultimate level.

It's called Monster Rally: Classic vs. Modern and it's a proposed fighting video game featuring movie monsters from the classic era: 1920s through 1960s VS. movie monsters from the modern era: 1970s through 2010s. It occurred to me that there is an interesting dichotomy between the classic, gothic monsters of old and the modern, slashers of today.

I used Dracula as the head of the Classic and Freddy Krueger as the head of the Modern. I built out in a web of counterpart characters from each of them.

I explained all potential issues in the actual video but feel free to leave comments and/or questions. If I knew how to post screengrabs of the character select screen I would.

Andrew Gardfield Reflects on Spider-Man

Andrew Garfield Reflects On Spider-Man: “I Couldn’t Rescue Those Films”

Erstwhile Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield has wistfully reflected on his brief time in the role, indicating a deep level of dismay that things didn’t turn out as well as hoped. While neither 2012′s ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ nor its 2014 sequel were exactly box office flops, fans and critics tended to agree that they were deeply flawed, and failed to do anything significantly new and interesting with the character.

It would seem from Garfield’s comments that the fans and critics were hardly alone in their disappointment. The actor also gives a vivid indication of the sense of alienation that can come with taking on a character so much bigger than one actor.

Asked by Zaki’s Corner what he learned from being Spider-Man, Garfield replies, “Well, nothing, because I was never Spider-Man. Because Spider-Man’s a fictional character. He’s not real. [laughs]
“You know what’s funny, to give you the vulnerable answer, I thought I was going to be Spider-Man, you know? I went into it going…ego s**t came in. It’s like, “Okay, here it is. I’m f***ing Spider-Man. I f***ing made it.” All that s**t. [laughs] I didn’t actually make it. I was never Spider-Man.

“I was the actor that I am. The person that I am. Struggling with trying to match up with something that I’d elevated so high in my mind. Elevated beyond what I could attain, what I could achieve.
“The great thing is, that’s what Peter Parker was doing as well. Peter Parker created this symbol that he couldn’t live up to. It was never enough. He never felt enough, and I never felt enough. I never felt like I was able to do enough. And I couldn’t rescue those films…even though I didn’t sleep. [laughs]

And I wanted to…not to say that I needed to rescue those films, but I couldn’t make them as deep and soulful and…life-giving as I could ever dream. And I’m never gonna be able to do that, with any film. It was especially difficult in that situation because…well, just because. And it was especially important because that character has always meant so much to me.”
While ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ had been intended to set up further sequels and spin-off movie ‘Sinister Six,’ its muted response led to a major rethink from studio Sony, who ultimately opted to abandon the series, instead making a deal with Marvel to jointly reboot the character again.
Tom Holland will take over as the new Spider-Man in next year’s ‘Captain America: Civil War,’ before getting his own solo movie in summer 2017.

Nicholas Hoult to Play Author JD Salinger in ‘Rebel in the Rye’

Quote:

Nicholas Hoult will star as JD Salinger in the biopic “Rebel in the Rye” with Danny Strong directing from his own screenplay.

The script was adapted from the Kenneth Slawenski biography “JD Salinger: A Life.” Black Label Media is financing with Molly Smith, Trent Luckinbill and Thad Luckinbill producing alongside Bruce Cohen, Jason Shuman, and Danny Strong.

Bloom will introduce “Rebel in the Rye” to foreign buyers at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival, while CAA is representing the North American rights.

The movie will explore the life and mind of the secretive author and tell the story of the birth of “The Catcher in the Rye.” The story will explore his rebellious youth, the bloody front lines of World War 2, enduring great love and terrible loss, a life of rejection to the pages of The New Yorker and his writer’s block — which led to a spiritual awakening.

“’The Catcher in the Rye’ is a classic coming of age story which continues to make a significant impression six generations later,” said Alex Walton of Bloom. “The world has long been fascinated with JD Salinger, who the talented Nicholas Hoult will bring to life, in this enigmatic role.”

Strong is known best for creating the series “Empire.” His screenplay credits include “The Butler,” the two “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay” films and the HBO films “Recount” and “Game Change.”

Hoult’s credits include “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “X-Men: Days of Future Passed.”

He also stars in the upcoming sci-fi romance “Equals” opposite Kristen Stewart, Guy Pearce and Jacki Weaver. The film, directed by Drake Doremus, will have its world premiere in the international competition section at the Venice Film Festival and will have its North American premiere in the Special Presentations program at the Toronto Film Festival.

The Weinstein Company announced in 2013 that it was working with Shane Salerno on developing a feature film adaptation of Salerno’s documentary about the author with a focus on Salinger’s life between his military service in World War II and the 1951 publication of “Catcher in the Rye.”

Salerno began working on the documentary in 2004. Salinger died in 2010. The documentary grossed $650,000 for TWC in 2013.

Will Smith's Concussion

‘Concussion’ Trailer: Will Smith Takes on the NFL

Quote:

Posted on Monday, August 31st, 2015 by Angie Han

Even if you’re not particularly a sports fan, you’ve likely heard about the ongoing controversy over head injuries in the NFL. This winter, a new movie dramatizes that fight. Will Smith plays Dr. Bennet Omalu, a forensic neuropathologist who discovers the first case of CTE in a pro football player. He tries to alert the public to his findings, but the NFL denies his conclusions and stymies his efforts at every turn. Watch the Concussion trailer after the jump.

Sportswriter Peter King debuted the Concussion trailer on The MMBQ.
In an accompanying interview with King, director Peter Landesman explained why he’d made the movie.
I gravitate towards stories of David versus Goliath, the small man versus the machine. Whether it is Bennet Omalu or Gary Webb, a reporter who discovered the cocaine trafficking with the CIA and was destroyed by the Washington Post and the CIA and others. In my writing career as a journalist, it was little man against the machine so I think I am just hard-wired for that narrative. When I heard about Bennet Omalu, I recognized that the story operated on a number of levels that made it completely unique. As an immigrant coming to America, who discovers a dangerous detail about the most American of things, America’s sacred cow, who then is forced to tell America about itself as a disaffected Nigerian, it was an extraordinary opportunity to explore what it is to be an American. And it was a gorgeous way to understand what it is to be a citizen of this nation. And then there was the sports element. I played football for two years in college, I love the game, I am an athlete, I love sports and I watch football. I went to Brown, the powerhouse. I thought this was another way to un-peel the layers away from the theater of it and the pageantry of it to get to the humanity of it.
While Concussion has yet to debut anywhere, our own Peter Sciretta caught some footage from it at CinemaCon earlier this year, and seemed intrigued by Smith’s transformative, emotional performance. You can see his reaction here (the Concussion part starts at 1:11).

Based on the 2009 GQ article Game Brain by Jeanne Marie Laskas, Concussion arrives in theaters December 25. Alec Baldwin, Luke Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Albert Brooks also star. Ridley Scott produced.

Krypton Invasion is DCCU's 9/11?

Is the Zod led Kryptonian Invasion in MOS, the DC cinematic universe version of 9/11?

A seismic type event that sets all the following results in motion? I mean the parallels to 9/11 were strong in Man of Steel. They seem to be taking it even further in Batman v Superman. The imagery is very evocative of that real life event. Especially that heroic and defiant image of Bruce running into the dust cloud of a collapsible building to save people. Memorial statues, etc.

And I think it's genius, organic story telling to go very meta and use the polarizing views of Man of Steel and Superman himself from audiences / critics as the jumping off point for motivations of the other characters in the DCCU to come together, dealing with Superman etc and to interact.

I mean Bruce's point of view on Superman being the cause of the destruction seemingly guides his actions taken against Kal El, similar to how a cynical skeptic hater would view Superman at the climax of Man of Steel.

The Infinity Stones/Gems: A discussion on their power and uses.

Hadn't seen a thread for this and have never made one before, so here we are. I thought we needed a place to discuss the Infinity Stones themselves, as they're going to become more prominent pretty soon. We've already seen four of them, and what they can do:

Space
Reality
Power
The Mind

So that just leaves Time, and The Soul. In the comics, Warlock had the Soul Gem in his forehead, an idea they kinda used for Vision. How and when will the other two gems come into play? What exactly will they be able to do? I think out of everything going on in the MCU, the Infinity stones interest me the most. What does everyone else think?

So, are we ever going to do something about those text book prices?

I assume most people here are either going to college, or have gone to college. So, you all probably know what I am talking about. Textbook costs have gone up 1,041 percent since 1977.

Yet, aside from some news articles, nothing ever seems to get done about it. What's with that? Have college students lost their balls?

I ask because this problem actually seems to be getting worse. 5 companies now control 85% of the textbook market and they have students over a barrel. Colleges are doing nothing, and some professors are actually acting as accomplices for kickbacks.

Personally I think its time for a mass book burning, but I'd be interested to hear some more rational thoughts.

How should Olie have recovered from The Climb?

This ain't a complete season critique. This is just a challenge on the users of this forum to resolve the cliffhanger from Season 3 in a manner that either leaves them happier, or an analysis of what we got and why you like it.

To me, the excellent ending of the Climb begged for an escalation of Ollie's storyline. While I like the Starling Plotline, Ollie's recovery was ultimately a pathetic waste of time. His injuries and defeat were brushed aside in a manner that ruined the buildup and execution, and his plotline went into remission for far too long. Instead, to accomplish their goals of having Ollie seemingly turn later in the season and preserve the impact from the Climb on him, here's how I'd handle it:

Option One: Oliver is resurrected by Merlyn using the Lazarus Pit, with Merlyn also seeking a way to control Ollie. Merlyn's part this season was a convoluted mess of contradictions and neglected potential. This method would allow his still illogical, selfish, and stupid use of Thea to kill Sara to be redeemed by casting him as still a spiteful villain, and one engaged in a war against Ra's for survival. If Ollie couldn't defeat Ra's, okay, Merlyn wasn't sure either of them could, but it wasn't his hide he was risking anyways, it was Ollie's and he should still show that willingness to blame others for his own mistake. If he blames Ollie and the gang for Tommy's death, then changing Ollie into a weapon he can use to try and assassinate his enemies would be karmic justice in his eyes. So have him use the Lazarus Pit, it's resulting instability, and the drugs he used on Thea, to brainwash Ollie into serving him. And maybe Ra's frees Ollie from Merlyn's control, and believes he can use that as leverage to make Oliver his servant.

Option Two: Ra's impressed by Oliver's bravery and not believing he killed Sara, has Oliver resurrected and starts trying to turn him then. With one move, the script could show what makes Ra's a terrifying opponent. Even in death, he can still make you do what he wants. Ra's could spend the entire latte right all of the season trying to control Oliver by holding his city hostage with that plague canister, maybe even reveal he's tailored it to target the Merlyn bloodline (it's comics, it could work.) Imagine Oliver being flung back into life in Nanda Parbat, and Ra's going full Sith Lord to try and get him on his side. The challenge for Oliver now is to make contact with his team and figure out a way to turn the tables on Ra's.

Bonus Edition: Either villain frees Slade from the Island, and challenges Oliver to get revenge on him via trying to kill Joey Wilson. We now get a full reversal of Season Two, with Slade perhaps begging the Team to help save his boy and thus revealing Oliver's recovery to them, and Slade experiences what it's like to have a madman trying to get revenge on you. The catch? Oliver fully intends to rescue Joey, and when Slade realizes that, it's the deepest immediate wound Oliver can inflict. The two part on frayed terms, not allies, but no longer enemies, and Deathstroke enters the world once more.

My opening scene to Aquaman film [comments welcome]

Everyone's imagination is different. So lets go with this and see where it goes.

[ Night time, full moon above , main street beside boardwalk of shoreline]

[Visioning Momoa slowly rising out of the ocean slowly.]

[His long hair and beard weighed down by the ocean water draining down off both]

[ The shadow of His large imposing figure floats across the beach carrying him onto the boardwalk]

[ Passer byes start to look & gasp]

[He continues until the ocean mist floats him ankle height from the boardwalk & sets him down on the main street closest to the boardwalk/beach]

[The moonlight now shining off him more , making the 6ft. trident he holds now sparkle]

Standerby : Who...are you?

Aquaman (Momoa) : Who am I you ask?

[ He uses his trident to spear thru the front grill of a parked car, lifting it up and slams it down destroying it with incredible force]

Aquaman (Momoa) : I... AM.... YOUR KING !

Future Crossovers With Other Heroes

Other than the obvious Daredevil.

Everyone did a great job on Prequels EXCEPT Lucas

The set designs were great... The cast was perfectly cast (Look at Uncle Owen's career NOW! AND even Rose Byrne!) Good job to casting director.

The ship designs were great, felt Star Wars-ish.

The cinematography was great, first asst director seems like he was good.. ILM did great, but overused (LUCAS FAULT).

Stunt coordinator was awesome.

The only person who did a bad job was Lucas who wrote and directed the Prequels. He couldn't direct the actors and i showed. The scripts were only one draft, and changed the night before sometimes. Lucas was the only one who really should have been fired from his own trilogy. Its crazy to think about.

Everybody's Role in Infinity Wars.

Here we discuss the roles the heroes will have in Infinity Wars.

Avengers-obvious they will be the main heroes, likely the team to deliver the finishing blow to Thanos.
Gaurdians(If they are involved)-will possibly play the role of extra muscle needed to help defeat Thanos.
Phase 3 Heroes-By the end of Civil War Spider-Man will probably be an honorary Avenger or something along those lines. So it'd be not to far off to assume he's there with the Avengers. Black Panther can help the Avengers get into space/research ways to get past the power of the Infinity Gauntlet. Doctor Stranges enchantments can help the heroes breath in space, possibly even enchant the normal heroes weapons, like Hawkeyes bow and Widows stingers. Give them extra power. Captain Marvel will probably bring Avengers and Gaurdians together if Gaurdians are involved.

I'm also assuming Thanos won't be captured just yet. And that his war with the heroes will possibly awaken the Inhuman society. Setting up Phase 4. What do you guys think?

The Retro Nintendo Console Thread: NES, SNES, N64, and more!

So I decided to start a thread to showcase a fix for the old NES pin connector issue. Arcade Works used Kickstarter to create a repair kit that will help mod your NES and replace the original cart dock with a new one. With the new dock, you will not have to worry about pressing down to make the game work, instead you simply insert it and press "POWER". If you have an affected NES, are handy with a Philips screwdriver, and have $24.99 to spend, then this maybe for you.

Feel free to use this thread to discuss all the old consoles and mods of those systems.

Which version of Superman do you think this Supergirl would be linked to?

Over the past ten months or so, we've seen a great deal of photos, teasers, and promotional material which will lead up to the October 26 premiere.

With everything we've seen so far, I have an interesting question for you folks:

To which previous live-action incarnation of Superman over the past 20 years do you believe Melissa Benoist's Supergirl would be linked? Here are your choices, and I will add an "Other" option:

- Dean Cain (Lois & Clark)
- Tom Welling (Smallville)
- Brandon Routh (Superman Returns)
- Henry Cavill (Man of Steel)
- More than one incarnation
- Other
- None of the above

Note:
No bashing others, please.

Gold tells the story of Kenny Wells (McConaughey), a modern-day prospector, hustler, and dreamer, desperate for a lucky break. Left with few options, Wells teams up with an equally luckless geologist (Edgar Ramirez) to execute a grandiose, last-ditch effort: to find gold deep in the uncharted jungle of Indonesia. Howard will play Kay, the longtime girlfriend of McConaughey’s character, who has supported him through thick or thin, but whose capacity and loyalty are tested as the hunt for gold pushes their relationship to its breaking point.

The screenplay for Gold was written by Patrick Massett & John Zinman (Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, “Friday Night Lights”), who are also serving as producers along with McConaughey. Executive producers are Paul Haggis (Crash, Million Dollar Baby), Ben Stillman, and Richard Middleton (The Artist, I Love You Phillip Morris). Key members of the production team include director of photography Robert Elswit (There Will Be Blood), production designer Maria Djurkovic (The Imitation Game), and costume designer Danny Glicker (Milk).

Gold will be distributed in the United States by TWC-Dimension and Sierra/Affinity is handling international sales for the film.

The film began production in Thailand and is currently shooting in New Mexico. It will wrap in New York in early October.

Sounds good. Quite the cast too.

Cast Yourself As A Comic-Book Character

If you were to be cast in a comic-book movie, who would you play based on the following attributes:

Age

Height

Hair Color

Skin Color

Body Type

Sexiness

Charisma

Acting Ability

Misc/Other

I'll start off with myself:

Age - 18 (although I've been told that I can pass for up to 3 - 5 years older than I really am).

Height - 6'3"

Hair Color - A very dirty blonde.

Skin Color - Olive

Body Type - I'm not super-muscular, but I'm not super-skinny either. Somewhere in between those two.

Sexiness - I'd say I'm good-looking in a Christian Bale sort of way.

Charisma - I've got a fair amount.

Acting Ability - I did some acting in middle school, and I'm very much a natural showman being an aspiring musician. I'm also good with accents and impersonations.

Misc/Other - I've been in much better shape than I currently am (in fact I used to be in excellent shape), but I'm sure I'd have a really good personal trainer if I were cast in one of these films.

So with all that said, I believe that the characters that would most fit me would be a young Piotr Rasputin/Colossus

or Jason Todd/Red Hood

both roles for which I'd dye my hair black.

Worst Fantastic Four Movie?

Quite simply, what is the worst attempt at a live-action Fantastic Four movie that we have gotten so far?

I want to create a fan trailer- help with suggestions

Hello, I am looking at making a fan trailer for the inhumans movie, at the moment I am looking at:

Vin Diesel Riddick scenes for Black Bolt
Victoria from Twilight Eclipse for Medusa (plus any other clips from Bryce Dallas Howard)
Jet Li as Karnak (I am not a Statham fan) using clips from forbidden kingdom plus a few bits from other movies.
Maximus will be Cillian Murphy using clips from red Lights and Dark knight trilogy.
Lockjaw will be the I am Number 4 dog.
Triton will be Abe sapian from Hellboy movies.
Crystal will be Chloe grace mortez using clips from Carrie with her hand pointing towards the screen.
Gorgon is difficult-possibly Gerard Butler from 300 and a Zod clip from man of steel where he lands and then pushes the truck at superman.

Villains:
Supreme intelligence-possibly use Vicki from I robot.
Other kree will be just effects used on other characters from just about any other movie to give them blue skin.

Possibly Agents of shield clips and other super powered beings and clips of Nick fury etc. To fill in the Gaps.

Atillan will be a mix of the city in Elysium and the city shown in chronicles of Riddick.

Any suggestions/alternatives?

Anne Hathaway fights aliens in 'The Shower'

This should be interesting. :woot:

Quote:

Anne Hathaway could soon be fighting a monster horde.

Hathaway is attached to star in and produce The Shower, a female-centric sci-fi action comedy that made last year’s Blacklist, the annual listing of best not-yet made screenplays in Hollywood.

Producing with Hathaway are her husband Adam Shulman as well as Andrew Lauren, the son of Ralph Lauren, and D.J. Gugenheim. Lauren is the head of Andrew Lauren Productions with Gugenheim, the company’s production president.

Jac Schaeffer, who wrote Shower, will also produce.

The project is described as being tonally in the vein of the Seth Rogen apocalypse comedy This is the End, cult hit Attack the Block and Kristen Wiig-Melissa McCarthy’s Bridesmaids.

The story begins with a bright baby shower when the guests find themselves under darker skies: a meteor shower. These meteors, however, turn men into blood-hungry aliens and the women must fight to not only save themselves but also the world.

The project is in the packaging phase, with the plan to get a director and actors before taking it to financiers or studios.

"Jac has written an awesome sci-fi comedy centered around funny, fully dimensional female characters," said Hathaway. "I feel so lucky to be a part of the team that will bring her enormously talented and fresh voice to the big screen."

"Anne is the perfect actor to anchor a story that is ultimately about female friendship, with a lot of ass-kicking along the way," said Schaeffer.

The development is a major move for Andrew Lauren Productions, which was a producer and financier on films such as Spectacular Now and The Squid and the Whale. The company is hoping to make a shift to a more active company that can also develop projects, tackle larger productions and be more involved in the production process; in April it hired Gugenheim as president of production to lead the transition with the aim to produce three films a year.

While the material does seem outside the Hathaway wheelhouse — the Oscar winner next stars in the Nancy Meyers workplace comedy The Intern with Robert De Niro and when she does genre material it tends to be the elevated kind, such as The Dark Knight Rises and Interstellar — the actress has shown a penchant for raising eyebrows with her choices. For example, the actress is developing Colossal, a Japanese-style monster movie from Voltage Pictures that has been described as Godzilla meets Being John Malkovich.

Schaeffer wrote and directed her debut film, TiMER, which premiered at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival.

Hathaway is repped by CAA, Management 360 and Sloane Offer. Schaeffer is repped by Verve and Writ Large.

The Titan

Sam Worthington and Ruth Wilson are set to star in The Titan, an elevated sci-fi feature produced by Brian Kavanaugh-JonesAutomatik, Ben Pugh and Rory Aitken’s 42 and Arash Amel. Lennart Ruff directs the project, based on a original story by Amel (Grace Of Monaco). Max Hurwitz (Hell On Wheels) has written the screenplay. Set in a not too distant future, the story tracks the journey of a military family who are relocated in order to take part in a ground-breaking experiment of man’s genetic evolution into space

The film starts shooting January 18 in Europe. Voltage Pictures will launch international sales at Toronto with CAA handling domestic sales. Leon Clarance and Motion Picture Capital will produce and fully finance. Sofia Boutella will also star.
Worthington has just wrapped Lionsgate’s The Shack. The Avatar actor, who returns for those Jim Cameron-directed sequels, has Working Title’s Venice Film Festival opener Everest coming out shortly. He also stars in Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge. Golden Globe winner Wilson (The Affair) can next be seen in Season 2 of the hit drama. She was recently nominated for a Tony Award for her role in Constellations.

The Titan is, at its core, a love story that is set in the pioneering edge of space exploration, a world of fear and wonder,” says Arash.“In Brian and Ben, I’ve been lucky enough to find smart, dedicated producing partners to embark on this adventure with, and we now find ourselves surrounded by a highly talented group of artists led by Ruth Wilson and Sam Worthington, under the direction of the incredible Lennart Ruff. I’m very excited that this team will be bringing this passion project to the screen, and to continue the relationship with Automatik, 42, and Motion Picture Capital.”

Predict when SHH will shut down Josh Trank FF forum ?

I say SHH deletes this forum by the end of the year , if not by October.

Josh Trank just Schumacher'ed the Fantastic Four franchise and we might not get one until many many many years down the road, when the studio (Fox or Marvel) crosses their fingers that ppl have forgotten about Trank's disaster film.

Hoyte van Hoytema will be doing cinematography for this film

The Shower

By Garth Franklin Wednesday August 26th 2015 08:08AM
Anne Hathaway is attached to star in and produce the female-centric sci-fi action comedy "The Shower" which had its script by Jac Schaeffer appear on last year's Blacklist.
Said to be in line with the tone of "This is the End" and "Attack the Block," the story follows the female guests of a baby shower when a nearby meteor storm threatens to unleash blood-hungry aliens upon the world - and only these women can stop them.
Hathaway, Schaeffer, Adam Shulman, Andrew Lauren and D.J. Gugenheim will produce the project which will seek a director and actors before taking it to financiers or studios.

Will The MCU Ever Have A Big Hero Meet Up?

So, Renner(who plays Hawkeye) said Gaurdians won't be meeting Avengers in Infinity War like most expect. Which means it'll most likely just be, the Earths heroes teamed up against him.

Now if this is true my question is. Will the Earths Mightiest Heroes ever meet up with Gaurdians and other heroes like Defenders? Will they ever all team up and have a big blow out with a villain?

James Spader/Christian Slater Appreciation Thread

Anyone else feel like they should have been bigger actors? I know they do a lot of tv stuff, but goddamn. I still remember when Spader was considered the next Deniro at one point. I always have a smile when one of them shows up randomly in a tv show or film. I started watching Mr Robot and had a grin when Slater appeared.

I just feel like they should be better regarded.

‘Emperor’ Julius Caesar Story

Could be awesome if done right.

http://ift.tt/1K4yb3r

Quote:

Move over, Katniss. Lionsgate’s Summit Entertainment has found its next franchise hero: Julius Caesar. The company, whose franchise fare has included Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games and Divergent, has signed on with White Horse Pictures to co-produce Emperor, the first in what could be a trilogy of films about the rise of Julius Caesar and his best friend and eventual mortal enemy Marcus Brutus.

Emperor will be based on the first two books written by Iggulden — The Gates Of Rome and The Field Of Swords — that establish the relationship between Caesar (the great military leader) and Marcus (the great fighter) from boyhood. The books cover their rise to the top of the Roman Empire, and the political and romantic entanglements that culminate in that fatal encounter on the floor of the Roman Senate. The final novel covers the revenge taken on Caesar’s murderers by Octavius and Mark Antony.

They began work on the film several years ago when they ran Exclusive Media Group, and Sinclair will produce with Hollywood Gang Productions’ Gianni Nunnari and Atmosphere Entertainment’s Mark Canton, and Mark Jackson. East and William Broyles Jr will be exec producers with Tony To. A script is in by Broyles (Cast Away and Apollo 13), Stephen Harrigan (Hallmark’s Cleopatra), Burr Steers (Pride, Prejudice And Zombies) and Ian Mackenzie Jeffers (The Grey). The fact-based tale has the kind of sexuality, political intrigue, battles and thirst for power evident in a series like HBO’s Game Of Thrones. It is high priority for Lionsgate/Summit, and they will search for a director straight away.

“Combining the sweep of 300 with the intrigue of Game of Thrones, this is the part of the story of the mighty Julius Caesar that nobody knows – his emergence alongside Brutus as young powerhouses in Rome, a fresh and contemporary retelling of their rivalries, passions and jealousies, captured in a movie with breath-taking action, spectacular visual effects and epic scope.”

Star Wars-Themed Lands Coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts

I have been to Star Wars week at Hollywood Studios, and its a must see for the fans.

You have an imperial march of the troopers and Aliens, stunts, children who get to dress up as younglings to battle Darth Vader with plastic light sabers, music, their B List actors and more. Some people dress up.

But Disney is now planning a Stars Wars Park. Talk about kicking it up two notches.

Shawn Ryan & Eric Kripke Time-Travel Action Drama Lands Big NBC Commitment

Time, an action adventure drama from Supernatural creator Eric Kripke and The Shield creator Shawn Ryan, has livened up a sleepy drama marketplace, sparking a bidding among the Big 4 networks. The project, from Sony Pictures TV and studio-based Davis Entertainment, ended up going to NBC with a pilot production commitment.

Described as “Back to the Future meets Mission: Impossible”, Time is a high-octane hour about an unlikely trio traveling through time to battle unknown criminals in order to protect history as we know it. Ryan and Kripke are co-writing the script and will executive produce with Davis Entertainment’s John Davis and John Fox.

I hear Kripke and Davis Entertainment thought about exploring the arena of a big-scale, adventure time-travel drama. They reached out to Ryan, who is working on two series for Sony TV, Mad Dogs at Amazon and The Get Down at Netflix. Kripke and Ryan, both under overall deals at Sony TV, hit it off and within weeks crafted the storyline and characters for Time.

This marks the third consecutive big drama sale to NBC for Davis and Sony TV. The other two resulted in series orders for The Blacklist and the upcoming Las Vegas actioneer The Player. Davis also just sold a 1970s Vegas comedy to Fox.

Ryan is repped by WME, The Shuman Co. and Michael Gendler. Kripke is with WME and Rick Genow.
Still wish Revolution had worked out. The second season was better than the first.

Shyamalan reunites with Joaquin Phoenix

Joaquin Phoenix, M. Night Shyamalan & Jason Blum In Talks To Reunite On New Project

by Ali Jaafar
August 26, 2015 9:39am
EXCLUSIVE: Joaquin Phoenix is in negotiations to reunite with M. Night Shyamalan for a new feature project that will start shooting in November in the director’s hometown of Philadelphia. The project will also bring Shyamalan back together with Jason Blum, who will produce. The two worked together most recently on upcoming Universal release The Visit. Marc Bienstock also produces, while Ashwin Rajan and Steven Schneider are on board as exec producers.

As with most Shyamalan projects, the logline is being kept fiercely under wraps. Deadline understands that the new project will be on the lower end of the budgetary scale, more in keeping with The Visit (budgeted at $5 million and fully financed by Shyamalan) than, say, the likes of The Last Airbender ($150 million).
Phoenix and Shyamalan worked together previously on Signs in 2002 and The Village in 2004. The director looks set to enjoy something of a renaissance. The Visit, about a single mother who finds that things in her family’s life go very wrong after her two young children visit their grandparents, has been generating strong buzz. Wayward Pines, the TV series Shyamalan exec produced and directed the pilot for, has also been a ratings winner for Fox.

The Phoenix-Shyamalan-Blum reunion is not set up at a particular studio. Phoenix and Shyamalan are both repped by WME. Phoenix is also with Sloane Offer.

Jennifer Lawrence & Amy Schumer Comedy Project

This is going to make so much money! It'll also be nice to see JLaw in a straight up comedy. :awesome:

Quote:

Ms. Lawrence casually broke some news: She is writing a comedic screenplay with Amy Schumer and the women plan to co-star in it.“We play sisters,” Ms. Lawrence said. “We’re almost done writing. It just flowed out of us. We’ve got about 100 pages right now.”She continued, “Amy and I were creatively made for each other. We have different flavors. It’s been the most fun experience of my life. We start the day off on the phone, laughing. And then we send each other pages. And we crack up. I’m flying out tomorrow to see her in Chicago. We’ll write a little bit with her sister, Kim, who worked with Amy when she was writing ‘Trainwreck.’”

Quentin Tarantino's Casino Royale

http://ift.tt/1LzSCp2
Quote:

"After 'Pulp Fiction,' I tried to get the rights to Casino Royale away from the Broccolis, but that didn’t happen," Tarantino recalled to the magazine in a footnote from the interview. "That wouldn’t have been just throwing my hat in the franchise ring; that would have been subversion on a massive level, if I could have subverted Bond."

The filmmaker first revealed his plans to approach the studio about adapting the Ian Fleming novel in 2004 during his time as president of the Cannes jury. But how was the "Django Unchained" filmmaker initially planning to massively subvert 007? Tarantino wanted to make "Casino Royale" a period piece, set in either the 1950s or '60s, filmed in black and white, and he wanted it to star Pierce Brosnan, his favorite Bond.
I now demand a Superman Lives-style documentary. :o

Should The Show Revamp Count Vertigo... Again?

Exactly as the title says. And if so, how? Especially given the framework already established by the show.

As those familiar with the comics would know, Count Vertigo is one of the main villains in Green Arrow's rogue's gallery. And to that end, the show has made two attempts at the character with debated levels of success.

The first - played by Seth Gabel - was a hammy, Joker-inspired pill pusher simply known as "The Count" who sold a street drug called "vertigo" and whose main shtick in fights is to inject people with syringes filled with an enhanced version of vertigo. Overall, opinions on the character was quite split; with some loving Gabel's over-the-top performance while others either didn't or weren't satisfied with the character's overall concept.

The second - played by Peter Stromare - was much the same; being a drug dealer named Werner Zytle who took over the original Count's operations following the latter's death. The main difference being that instead of using syringes, Stormare's character delivered the vertigo using darts and he'd modified the vertigo to cause its victims hallucinations. In terms of reception however, Stormare's Vertigo was greeted for the most part with an indifferent "meh"; which is probably worse.

Overall, the main theme and gimmick of both characters is that they are poisoners. However, the way they go about it were neither fresh nor memorable. Also, a shared shortcoming is their lack of a well defined motivation. They - especially the second Vertigo - were only in it for the money and lack any particularly strong connection with Oliver story-wise; unlike say fan favourite villains such as Malcolm Merlyn and Slade.

With all this in mind, I feel the show needs to revamp Vertigo - a la Deadshot - in order to elevate him into a prominent villain on the show. The tough part is the question of how. Personally, and from my outline above, the changes need to come in two domains - namely motivation and gimmick.

With respect to motivation, in order to give him a more personal connection with Oliver, I feel the new Vertigo should be made into a relative (e.g. father) of the original Count, who is seeking revenge for the death of the original Count. This could either be a soft retcon for Stormare's Vertigo or the show could kill him off and be replaced with a new character. Personally, I would be more in favour of the former as I like Stormare as a performer and having a third villain calling himself Vertigo feels a tad too ridiculous.

As for gimmick, neither of the show's Count Vertigos' techniques feel particularly interesting. Nor are they visually intimidating to the viewer. Here are a couple of guys who run around with needles, going up against a master fighter who uses a bow and arrow who has faced against an immortal master assassin and Mirakuru-fueled armies and won. At this point, there's very little that the current Vertigo can do that would present much of a threat relative to those.

As such, in order to compete, the show should expand on the "poisoner" aspect of their show's versions of Count Vertigo. The show has established that while a recreational drug, vertigo is also a neurotoxin that can triggers severe pain when injected or ingested in a more potent form. At this point, it's hard to imagine vertigo retaining any of its street value give everything that's transpired with the two Count Vertigos. With that in mind, the show should instead go all out and have Count Vertigo formulate an even more potent version of vertigo that becomes effective and possibly even fatal when inhaled.

In essence, instead of simply being a street level drug dealer, Count Vertigo would be a straight up bio-terrorist (okay, more like chemical terrorist) and a genuine threat to Starling City. Now, picture a guy in a suit (because all CW villains wear suits) and gas mask, armed with an assortment of smoke grenades and dirty bombs. Wouldn't that make for a more visually intimidating and interesting foe for Oliver to tangle with?

Anyway, I've rambled on enough. What are people's thoughts? Is Count Vertigo in his current form right for Arrow? Or does he need a major makeover? How? Do you agree with me?

Share your thoughts.

That Thing I Drew That One Time...

Just want to thank everyone who encouraged me to quit being lazy and make an art thread.

This Joker piece was actually the first thing I drew with my Wacom pen back when I first bought it in 2008. I won't post that original version because I think it's crap but it is over in my deviantART gallery for those interested. Years later I would come back to it taking the constructive criticism I'd received and redraw it, cleaning up the line work and muting the colors a bit. I'm pretty happy with the end result and I think it's one of the creepiest things I've ever drawn. Hope you enjoy it.

Am I the only one bothered by the term "people of color"?

I see this term pop up more and more and it's always struck me as an odd term. But it seems to have become widely accepted, and the troubling connotations that come with it aren't going away.

I mean, it seems to essentially divide Americans into two factions, white, and non-white. As if white people and non-white people are monolithic identities. In the case of white people, it seems to imply a people devoid of any culture of ethnic identity. We're not even a shade. We're just the norm. Even if it's meant well (I assume it is) it's basically the term colored all over again. And yet I see it liberally used by progressives.

Is anyone else bothered by the term?

The Great Stanley Kubric

He was insane but had the best movies. We need more folks like that today to be ballsie and make the kind of movies that can stretch us as an audience.

We Are Your Friends (Zac Efron)

This is actually coming out Friday, and I've seen it attached to a bunch of movies the past month. Efron is an aspiring DJ in the San Fernando Valley attempting to make it big. Will he do it? We'll see. :o

Statistically speaking, no way all three SW films will be good

Every franchise that has multiple sequels just get worse and worse as they go.... New writers / directors enter the franchise with their own 'creative' ideas and then a new film is put out there where they want to top the previous ones, and they always fail....

Terminator 3,4,5
Pirates 3
Spider-Man 3 and the reboot
Iron Man 3
Batman & Robin
Alien 3, 4 & AvP
Predators, AvP

Statistically speaking, we would be LUCKY to get 2 out of 3 great Star Wars Episode films. But its not likely to happen. Some filmmaker will have his own ideas that will suck, but it will go forward anyway to create 'mixed reviews' type of thing...

It would be wise if there was just ONE guy that could take charge of the entire trilogy.. As fans, we wanted JJ Abrams to be that guy with the backing of Lawrence Kasdan. But the idea of keep switching writers & directors will hurt the franchise just like Terminator franchise w/o James Cameron..

Dont get me wrong, Lucas was washed up before he made Prequels and that was def the wrong guy and all three turned out to suck, but putting a variety of ppl behind each film just seems like Disney is trying to earn back its 4 billion investment.

The stock market crash

Is it that bad? Here's one vote for yes. China is hurting. They banned sales of stock. In China most of the investors are the people not the cooperations.

The EU is has Greece to float, and many nations have much debt. Every USA citizen owes $58,000 or so, but Europe things are worse.

In the UK that number is 160,000 per citizen. OUCH. In France its 86,317 per citizen. In Germany its 68,720.

So one major economy is crashing ( China ) and the major Nations in Europe are in debt, but the EU nations are taking care of the dead beats.

Rank season One of DC Shows.

Give a rank to Season One of DC shows we have seen so far, which one was the best, and the next one and so on.

My rank -

1. The Flash.
2. Constantine.
3. Gotham.
4. Smallville.
5. Arrow.

(haven't seen iZombie)

How secret is SHIELD?

When we first meet them in Iron Man, Pepper has no idea who they are. They are treated as a secret Men-in-Black type organization. Yet they have, or had, a public government building in DC since 1989 which we see being built in Ant-man. But after events of Winter Soldier, we're led to believe it's a secret off the books organization again. It seems inconsistent at best and forgetful at worst.

Best and Worst of Directors

Best- The Prestige

Worst- Insomnia

Bride of frankenstein remake, is it ever gonna happen

I have to admit this is one of my top 3 favorite films i mean i have a a1 print of the 1935 poster framed about my work desk at this moment

but im not against a modern remake and with dracula flopping and the Universal monsters shared universe ever put on hold do you ever think we'll this this being made.

what would you want and who would you cast. its actually really hard to think of anyone to play the titular character and do you keep her screen time to the minimum or add to the character

What is a CHARACTER listening to right now?

[Canon, polyester Age Green Arrow]: Ollie's stuff has been put out on the street,he notes a great Dave Brubeck vinyl collection before he registers on the fact it's his vinyl out on the sidewalk.

So GA is listening to "Oh Lady Be Good" right now.

Rules: You don't have to use canon, which ah has been known to change, just state what you believe the character really would listen to.

It's bad form to have all your character examples have YOUR personal tastes as theirs.

Does the Thing listen to hip hop? Batman to classical? YOU decide and tell us.

NY Times article from 1966: too many remakes and sequels!

This is an article from 1966, and unfortunately it's behind a paywall but the abstract says it all:

http://ift.tt/1MFHntL

Hollywood's Trend to Remakes Worrying Creative Filmmakers

Quote:

April 22, 1966,

HOLLYWOOD, April 21 The Hollywood studios, alarmed by the mounting failure rate among major productions, are turning increasingly to remakes of old pictures, sequels, movies based on TV series and similar projects.
Sounds familiar? Most people seem to think that remakes and sequels are a new trend, but Hollywood has been doing it since film was invented. Remember the countless Frankenstein sequels back in the 1930s and 40s?

The Fantastic Four in Infinity War?

The new Fantastic Four film has been a colossal critical and financial failure for Fox. Thought it's entirely likely that they will still hold onto the rights to try for another reboot in several years or even just for spite, there's a fair chance that they would rather unload the now tainted property from their shoulders.

Assuming Fox either sells the rights or strikes a deal that allows the Fantastic Four property rights to revert back to Marvel, I believe that the First Family of Marvel could be easily introduced in the Infinity War movies.

The two films should both have long run-times and though they'll include numerous characters, most will have already been introduced and not need time spent on origins.

So why not spend some time bringing Marvel's vision of the Fantastic Four into the MCU?

Their origin could even be tied to the events of the films!

Perhaps there's a need for quick interplanetary space travel (a likely scenario in a storyline as cosmic-based as Infinity War). One of the characters knows a scientific group who is working on such a project, headed by Dr. Reed Richards.

Richards, Sue, Ben, and Johnny embark on said mission immediately with little time for testing (as this mission is critical) and end up getting pelted with cosmic rays, downing the craft. Maybe this happens in IW Part 1 and we don't know what happened to them until Part 2?

The possibilities are endless...

What do you think about introducing the Fantastic Four in the Infinity War films?

Batman Battle for the cowl the video Game

With the Arkham Verse potnetially over (sure wB montreal could do an origins 2 or what have you but I don't know if they will) A thought occurd to me what if we take the Arkham Mechanics we love but apply them to a graphic novel and create a new video game. With that idea in mind I think Battle for the cowl would be a really interesting idea and if they added elements of the current batman run we could really have a stong Idea for a game.

the main focus here and the main selling point is choice. this will not be an RPG in the traditional sense however the way I see it there would be three endings for this game

1. Dick Grayson Assume the mantle of Batman and the last level is Dick taking on the Main Boss
2. Jason Todd Becomes Batman and fights the main boss
3. Jim Gordon in a mech suit becomes the Batman

But what is the path your wondering well lets discuss the City and villians

Villian wise I think it would be smart to utilize the BFTC Villains as much as possible

Black Mask
Two Face
Penguin

Would be the Big main 3 (I suppose since WB Can't possibly do a batman game without the Joker being involved some how either replace Two'faces part with the Joker OR have Joker be one of the four gorups fighting for terroty)

the Map would be essentially Arkham Knight's Map though wtih Wanye Manor as a location (similar to Origins) as for the story

The first level would be Batman's Fight with Ra's Al Ghul (I use him instead of the black glove as honestly there would be way to much to explain with Black Glove and RIP could be it's own game entirely) You fight your way to the roof and get on the helicopter and a cut Scene happens that you see Dick Jason and Jim all see the helicopter explode and Batman die. You then are given the opportunity to play through 3 different persepctives Jim Jason and Dick. Much like Catwoman's story in Arkham City and Knight there will be times and locations you can switch between the three characters.

the three main stories
Dick: His story is pretty much dead on from the BFTC story You take down elemnts of the crime world as Nightwing going through gotham fighting Two Face (and/or The Joker) and Penguin you begin to realize gotham needs as a Batman and after Fighting Jason on a Train (the last boss battle as Nightwing) you become Batman and take Down Black Mask as he unleashes his frighting army on you (a giant boss battle involving the Reaper Hugo Strange and Black mask.. I am imaginign an insane predator challange that involves you having to keep one step ahead of the reaper and disarm a bomb)

Jason: His story Changes a bit from RIP here you play as the red hood fighting your way through most of Gotham until you Realize Gotham needs a harsher more brutal Batman. You Fight Nightwing on the train and then the Main Boss is the same as Dick.

Jim: His story is not only different but different from the current story line as well (basically how I felt they should of done it) Jim gets a recording from Bruce Describing his mission and should Dick (Nightwing) not pursue the role of Batman Jim should. Jim (in a suit similar to Bruce's ninja outfit) begins to take to the streets and realizing he is not only out gunned but out manned turns to Lucius Fox who gives Jim a new Bat Suit. In Jim's story you still fight Jason on the train and then move on to take on Black mask.

the Challenge modes you can play as all 4 Batmen (Bruce Dick Jason and Jim) and there will of course be different skins.

thoughts.

The Bat-marathon: Who's tried watching consecutive Bat-films ?

Hey folks,

Who's tried a Bat-marathon ? By that I mean watching consecutive Bat-films back to back ?

Back in 1998 I watched Batman '89, Batman Returns, Batman Forever and then Batman and Robin all in a row ( it was a slow week). Not a great way to watch the films, as by the end you really question why you bothered.

This week I managed to watch the entire Nolan trilogy (although last time I did so I was working on a project, and my Missus was out of town, so I just had them on in the background to help me keep track of time).

So what about the rest of you ?

Any comments are welcome including people who have tried to watch the films and failed, lost interest or fell asleep or have particular orders for viewing ( for example, with the Nolan trilogy I watch TDKR first, then BB then finish with TDK, that way I save the best for last).

What crazy Bat marathons have you folks tried ? Animated films count too.

Cheers !

Time for a Captain Britain film/tv series ?

Dear Marvel fans,

Generally, I'm more of a DC fan, but there are some Marvel characters who I've always thought were terrific, and one of them was Captain Britain. He's had a very cool costume since 1980, and has been written and drawn by some of the best in the business.

Somehow he's been relegated to a supporting role in books like Excalibur (which I haven't read in quite some time) but his classic storylines ( like Alan Moore's "Jaspers Warp" or Jamie Delano's time on his book, are examples of the superhero genre at its best.
Cap himself is a bit of a buffoon, and far from perfect - kind of a clumsy version of Superman but with a very stiff upper lip, and although he's unfailingly polite he's a bit pompous and lacking in people skills.

In fact, its his flaws that made him such a likeable character. Often he'd charge in, get his ass kicked but come out on top in the end just from sheer bloody-mindedness.

As well as all the stuff I've mentioned he also comes with a rich history, a great supporting cast of characters.

Hell, he's a trend setter, he died and came back to life a decade before Superman did it - and the way in which Cap was killed -resurrected and played like a pawn in the hands of godlike beings was part of a terrific story.

Plus, Cap's stories have given us one of Marvel's scariest, unstoppable villains, the Fury.

There's a lot of potential for great stories there, with laughs, science, sorcery, a bit of horror, science, sorcery and multiverse-hopping, and even a interdimensional police force (a little like the Green Lanterns).

So, does Cap deserve his own film / tv series - could be animated or live action ?

Lice becoming resistant to OTC medications

A new study is showing that more lice populations are becoming resistant to the most common over-the-counter lice medications. Sounds like some of the natural remedies still work but losing effectiveness of the OTC medications is a big blow to fighting them. I had lice once as a kid and hated going through the medicated shampoo because of the smell. Since I have lots of friends with school-aged kids, this may make me finally decide to shave my head so I don't have to worry.

Ares

Viggo Mortensen should play him.

And he should be the main villain of this movie series, even if he isn't the primary villain in the first movie

Were the Nolan Batsuits really that realistic?

The film is done and...

We have to wait until next year to see it. I read that Warner's CEO watched the movie.

Just stinks that we have to wait 7 more months. :(

Cast a TV show in another time

I got inspired to make this after seeing the "Cast a movie in a previous time" thread. To be flexible, you can try and take old TV shows and bring them to the present too.

I'll start:
MTV's Teen Wolf circa late 90's/early 2000's, I'm doing the season 1 cast for simplicity.

Scott McCall-Jared Padalecki

Stiles Stilinski-Seth Green

Allison Argent-Eliza Dushku

Lydia Martin-Alyson Hannigan

Derek Hale-David Boreanaz

Jackson Whitmore-Eric Johnson(Whitney from Smallville)
