Marvel sm vs sm2?

So with all the rumors about Marvel getting sm if they do will there first sm movie surpass sm2 has the best sm movie yet? I am going to say no because sm2 is easily till a top 5 CBM and my number 2 so there for even if the movie is great it is not going to be easy to be better then sm2 has sm2 is still the elite of the elite type of CBM. Of course I hope it would because simple the better the movie is the better has I would love a sm movie that is just amazing like sm2 is.
