Seagate Prison is an iconic part of Luke Cage's mythos as that is where he got his powers. It made a appearance in the All Hail the King One Shot where Trevor Slattery was thrown in. The prison seems willing to let certain outsiders come in, with Jackson Norriss interviewing Trevor, meaning having Noah Burnstein come to experiment on prisoners doesn't seem like a far reach.
However there wasn't much focus on how the institution was run. Can we expect to see the corruption and racism from such characters like Albert 'Billy Bob' Rackham and William Quirt? Can we expect to see the head/warden Tyler Stuart and his two sons, Discus and Stiletto?
