Killing the heroes

Do you think there'll come a day when Marvel decide to start killing off their heroes? I'm not talking temporary deaths like in the comics but fully permanent ones and I'm not talking minor heroes, I'm their big hitters like Thor, Hulk, Iron Man etc.
