Icon movie could be possible?

When The Rock announced he is going to be a DC character. many of us think What about Icon?

I mean he has good powers, fits the things The Rock said about the character. And also has interesting powers, solid story and a good sidekick (Rocket) to that can be ground breaking in the new DC movie universe.
