So what do we know about these guys?
They hired Deadshot to kill Dig's brother.
They're an off-shoot of the League of Assassins who they're in a shadow war with.
They're lead by Damien Darhk who was the rival of the previous Ra's al-Ghul.
Other than that we know nothing. The vibe that I got from them in the sizzle reel reminds me of the Templars from the Assassin's Creed games. They want to completely and utterly control the world and it's population through the manipulation of media, propaganda, finances, war, and technology (just a vibe). This could easily make them the most dangerous guys TA has gone up against.
How do you fight a bad guy that owns governments? This is where Oliver Queen for mayor comes in.
Not trying to raise my expectations, but at least this season's arc has a lot of potential.
