May be jumping the gun quite a bit, but this is all very exciting.
Assuming that Sony does in fact hand Spider-Man over to Marvel, and Marvel (as the have been reported) decides to 'soft-reboot' the character by recasting, how would you imagine SM be introduced to the shared universe?
Reports suggest that Marvel want to skip most of the origin stuff and begin with him already discovered his abilities while in High school.
Personally, I would have Peter Parker appear in the post-credits scene of either AoU or Ant-Man through the Daily Bugle. This would be the aftermath of AoU, during the build-up to Civil War. Just Peter Parker, aware of his abilities but without the suit.
Civil War (if they are able to fit him in, since filming hasn't begun yet) would begin with him as a small-time/'rookie' vigilante, wearing a home-made makeshift suit. He then meets Iron Man, who gives him a new costume.
