Most states education expenditures=3-5% of budget. Federally level around 3% is spent

So, how is it every election someone uses education as a platform about dramatic increases yet... every time we get a new President or other elected officials we never see results?



Oh ya, that thing called national debt.



So, is there ever going to be a time when we can see less political puffery?



The only change I see tends to be in vending machines. :o
